We supply micro wire ropes with diameters ranging from 0.09 mm to 8.00 mm. We manufacture these thin ropes in our own rope factory in various constructions. The materials used are stainless steel, galvanised steel or tungsten, with a steel or fibre core. Special materials are also available on request. Micro wire ropes can be coated, cleaned or greased. We also manufacture fine wire ropes with electrical conductors for the low voltage applications. In our assembly for fine steel cables, we assemble wire ropes individually according to customer requirements and applications, ensuring the reliable use of our fine wire ropes.

We manufacture thin wire ropes and ready-to-install thin wire rope systems for our customers according to their individual applications and requirements. Corrosion resistance, bending fatigue strength, breaking strength and flexibility are all important factors that we use to select the most suitable micro cable or micro cable system system together with our customers.
The thin steel wire ropes starting from diameters of less than 1mm are assembled at our manufacturing facility in Germany. Depending on the quantity, connectors and rope ends are pressed or sprayed onto the appropriate thin stainless steel wire rope or galvanised steel rope from our rope factory. A thin steel wire rope requires less material, so that only what is actually needed for the application is used from the starting material.
We use the smallest diameter wire ropes to manufacture micro cable systems, bowden cables and suspension solutions for a wide range of industries. Micro wire ropes are used wherever mechanical forces need to be transmitted or controlled in the smallest of spaces. They are space saving and, thanks to their diverse design options, also meet the individual requirements of the respective application. A steel wire rope with a diameter of 1mm, 2mm, 3mm or even smaller is a safe solution for ensuring mechanical functions in vehicles, for example. Micro cables with diameters from 0.015 mm are used for precise medical instruments. In precision mechanics, small cables are used as fixing and guiding elements. In visible applications, such as suspensions, a 1mm or 2mm steel cable is often used as an inconspicuous solution. Our e-rope fine wire ropes are used for suspensions that require a power supply. In this case, the steel cable for the suspension also replaces the power cable.
