LP-Pulleys utilize a high-strength moulded nylon containing finely divided particles of molybdenum disulfide as solid lubricant:
The improved tensile strength of the lubricated polyamide allows higher loads than thermoplastic. If the material is temporarily subjected to heavier loads, it regains its original shape.
In comparison to other pulleys, the LP-Pulley has an up to 4.5 times longer working life.
