In order to prevent damage to the building's insulation, it was essential to install bird protection sheets on the façade of our company building this week. In order to fulfil the ecological requirements and compensate for the loss of nesting sites, ecological compensation measures were already taken in December. A total of 13 nesting cavities for tits, house sparrows and redstarts were installed in the trees around the buildings. This combination of protective structural measures and ecological compensation measures serves the long-term preservation of the building fabric and the protection of native bird populations.

The year is drawing to a close. The days are getting shorter, the chocolate Santas smile at us from the shelves of the shops. All over Germany, the pre-Christmas atmosphere at the Christmas markets in the cities is back after a two-year break. Certainly, this can also be felt in other countries.
