Product safety monitors the responsible and environmentally friendly use of substances and products, during development, production and use. Carl Stahl Technocables GmbH acts and regulates according to EU regulations and directives, as well as from the point of view of their declarable substances and the associated information obligations.
Through continuous investment in the latest manufacturing techniques, our wire ropes and wire strands are manufactured on the most modern machines and meet the most stringent quality requirements. Only materials of the highest quality are used. All products of Carl Stahl Technocables are subject to continuous quality control from receipt of the raw material to shipment. We achieve consistently high quality through assured manufacturing processes. In our own test laboratory, raw materials, ropes and assembled rope products are also regularly subjected to stringent quality tests.
In order our employees meet the demand for maximum quality Carl Stahl TECHNOCABLES supports them with continuous training. We all work on the basis of human respect and mutual trust. Certification in accordance to the international standard DIN EN ISO 9001 completes the demand of our quality system.

The REACh Regulation aims to ensure a high level of protection of people and the environment. According to REACh, manufacturers, importers and downstream users must be responsible for their safe use.

RoHS - Restriction of Hazardous Substances
The European Union's Directive 2011/65/EU on the restriction and use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS II) entered into force on 3 January 2013. In addition, the delegated Directive 2015/863 / EU entered into force on 22 July 2019.
Conflict Minerals – Dodd-Frank Act
On July 15, 2010, the US Congress passed the Wall Street Reform Act, which also includes a Conflict Minerals regime. In Europe the Regulation (EU) 2017/821 entered into force on 17 May 2017 for establishing obligations for the supply chain due diligence measures for union importers of tin, tantalum, tungsten, their ores and gold from conflict-affected and high-risk areas.
